Digital Communications:
– Lead the development, maintenance, and updating of the ISPE website to ensure it is engaging, user-friendly, and up-to-date.

– Take bookings for events, courses, and other activities, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
– Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office environment is organised and efficient.
Accounts and Invoicing:
– Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
– Monitor financial transactions and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
– Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in digital communications, website management, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content management systems (CMS).
